We are hiring a business analyst to join our team. You will report directly to the project/ business
manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting
processes, writing proposals, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you
should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-
technical users.
Analysis:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for
improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and
modernize systems.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and
management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing
useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

Proposal Writing:
• Researching, writing, and organizing information in a professional and credible manner.
• Reviewing products, services, and/or business ideas.
• Creating strategies for convincing others to take appropriate action.
• Attending meetings and identifying opportunities for proposal writing.
• Prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Editing and revising proposals according to feedback.
• Maintaining consistency in proposal writing by following company policies.
• Working with the design team to create graphics and visuals for projects.
• Giving presentations to the executive board.
Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Previous experience in proposal writing.
