Initial Client Discussions

During the initial meetings, the client expressed concerns about the cluttered user experience they had observed in similar event apps. They wanted their platform to feel intuitive, ensuring users of all ages and technical backgrounds could easily navigate it. The client emphasized the importance of real-time communication and fast response times between attendees and vendors, as many event-related decisions must be made on the fly.

They also stressed the need for a highly secure and scalable solution, anticipating significant user traffic during event seasons. Additionally, multiple payment gateways were critical for providing a smooth purchasing experience. The app needed to support various currencies and payment methods to accommodate different vendors and international users.

  • Intuitive User Experience: Zenesys designed an interface that provided an effortless browsing experience. Users could search events using filters based on location, date, type, and interest. Zenesys employed minimalistic design principles, ensuring that users could find what they needed without unnecessary clutter.
  • Vendor Dashboard: A custom vendor section was created, allowing service providers to showcase their offerings. Vendors had tools to manage their profiles, respond to user inquiries in real time, and keep track of bookings and payments.
