Project Overview

We created a simple HRM web application to solve these problems. It helps manage everything in one place—like payroll, attendance, and employee records—without using Excel.
Now, HR teams can save time and avoid mistakes with automated processes. Everything is stored centrally, making it easy to access and manage anytime.
 

The Challenges

The client was doing all the tasks manually and maintaining records in Excel. Here are the issues they faced:
No single place to store employee records
 

  • Payroll was done by hand and often had errors.
  • Leave and attendance were tracked in Excel.
  • Hiring and onboarding took too much time.
  • Employees could not check their details easily.
  • HR couldn’t see reports quickly or make fast decisions.

Solution We Provide

Zenesys built a web-based HRM (Human Resource Management) system to make all HR tasks easier and faster. Here's what we added:

Payroll Management:
The tool calculates salaries and taxes and creates payslips automatically.

Attendance & Leave Tracking:
HR can track who is present and who is on leave and manage leave requests in one place.

Recruitment & Onboarding: 
Made it easy to post jobs, track applicants, and onboard new employees smoothly.

Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal: 
Employees can apply for leave, see their payslips, and update their profiles on their own.
