By using Salesforce, we built a solution that connected the dots between incoming orders, inventory stock levels, fulfillment, and delivery—all in one place.
Challenges:
Before working with Zenesys, the client was struggling with:
- Manual Order Processing: Client were managing order through spreadsheets and email threads, leading to frequent delays and missed delivery.
- Inventory Gaps: Inventory levels weren’t synced in real-time, which often caused understocking or overstocking.
- Lack of Visibility: The team couldn’t track an order's real-time status or predict inventory needs accurately.
- Human Errors: They are doing manualy which resulted in data mismatches, late deliveries, and occasional compliance issues.
Solution:
We designed and implemented a custom Salesforce-based system that addressed their most critical challenges:
- Centralized Order Management Dashboard: We built a user-friendly dashboard in Salesforce that gave the sales and operations teams a unified view of all orders—from placement to delivery.
- Real-Time Inventory Tracking: By integrating Salesforce with their existing warehouse systems, we ensured that inventory levels were always up-to-date. Low stock alerts and reorder notifications were also added.
- Automation of Repetitive Tasks: We automated key workflows such as order confirmations, invoice generation, and shipment tracking updates—cutting down processing time drastically.
- Custom Reports and Insights: The client could now access weekly, monthly, or even real-time reports showing which products were in demand, which regions had recurring delays, and how inventory was moving across locations.
- User Training & Support: We didn’t just hand over the software—we trained their team to use it effectively and provided ongoing support as they scaled.

Within three months of launch, the results were clear:
